Excellent pump! God I have a Medela and since I've been using this pump I haven't used a Medela anymore. As you can see in the picture, I already have at least over 1 ounce of breast milk in just 4 minutes; Of course, it's normal to have one breast larger than the other. In the last two pictures, I only download 11 minutes; With Medela, it took me 15 to 18 minutes to pump to even come close to that number. When I was using Medela, one breast sucked nowhere near 1 ounce. Now, with Lulia, each boob is at least 2+ ounces. Noise: It's very quiet and more like vibrations, so it's much better than Medela where Medela has a lot of noise. Cons: I wish this company could sell their accessories separately because I can't see the website so I have to wash bottles in the middle of the night, other accessories (except cords).
