There are a few issues with the description of this pillow for the seller to resolve. Good: 1. Firm perforated latex pillow.2. Very, very difficult. About 2-3 times the weight of a normal pillow.3. I didn't notice any odor after airing it for about 2 hours4. Even if I would call it a high loft, I slept well with it. Although my neck hurt the next morning. The cover turned out better than I thought. What's not so good: 1. The pillow is listed as 'Medium Plush'. Anyway, it's medium to firm.2. Is it really Talalay latex? I have my own concerns about this. Behaves more like Dunlop Latex.3. Positioned as "Medium Loft". For me it was a very uncomfortably high loft due to the somewhat unrelenting stiffness. I have been working in the furniture industry for over ten years. With a focus on production. I've been to the Talalay latex manufacturers in Thailand. We saw the process and worked on the design of the product using it as an element of the product to be developed. However, this pillow is real latex. Big, heavy piece of latex. I just have one serious question, is it Talalay or Dunlop. It has all the qualities that can be attributed to Dunlop. I could only react to the extreme harshness it displays and it is listed as Talalay on the label so I could very well be wrong. Also, the fact that it isn't listed as 100% Talalay throughout the description baffles me. because Talalay is far superior to Dunlop and more expensive to manufacture. His main selling point is that he's underplayed, which is a bit odd. What I'm not wrong about is the misleading description. To call this medium plush and then scale it towards the plush end of that spectrum is just plain wrong. Yes, latex can feel hard. But this is REALLY a company. I used to have 2 Brooklyn Bedding Talalay pillows and they were really soft and wearable. This pillow is pretty unforgiving in terms of its firmness. The pillow is also very heavy. Bigger than my last Talalay pillows, 2x. Latex is always heavy, but these are very dense. The attic is also deceptive. They are at least 6 inches thick. At this height, with the properties of latex, you could call it high loft. I'm 6ft 3" and after one night my neck was arched after sleeping on my side on this pillow as my spine was misaligned due to the loft. This pillow is good if you need the above features. But if you bought based on the sellers description I'm not sure how you could come to any conclusion other than mis-describe the nature of the product. This is a decent pillow that needs better words on the website.
