Perfect for some cheap beach/fishing goggles in case you lose them. With the contact prescription I could see perfectly. I've used them while fishing off the pier, swimming at the beach, or kayaking to cold springs while on vacation. You don't have to worry about losing expensive glasses. I also have a cannibal head with no caps, and these glasses didn't fit. If you have a big head, I recommend these over other cheaper, more rounded ones. Because I received them and they didn't fit.
