The material of this scarf is nice and soft acrylic. Colors are a pleasing range of natural earth tones that complement a variety of styles. You can see in the photo that it is 12 inches wide and 64 inches long so you can wrap it pretty well or make a nice twist or knot. I washed it on a delicate fabric and air dried it when the baby spat up. My color didn't fade, the softness stayed, they didn't shrink and the fringes didn't pill. This is a lighter weight scarf, I wouldn't say it's the best for very cold days.
