Every second review said Review. I'm glad I ignored her. This is NOT a Chinese small. I ordered a lot of things that turned out to be Chinese sundries that I had to return or give away. I wear large Chinese size. I'm so glad I didn't buy the 18 because I would have swum in it. It fits me perfectly, although not a bit too big. I suspect that most of the reviewers who couldn't zip up are busty women who can usually get away with wearing small ones because almost all modern clothing is stretch jersey and this vest doesn't stretch. If you wear "really" small, it will fit you just right. If you look at the description of the product it says the measurements are small chest 33 inches and actually measures 33 inches. I wear a size 32B, weigh 110 pounds and am 5ft 2in tall. I was able to lock it and leave an empty space. I'm actually disappointed that it doesn't fit anymore. For the price I was expecting it to be very 'costumed' (which is good because I bought it for Halloween) but actually I'd be seen in public wearing it - and I'm a real rocker who heavy to be satisfied is when it comes to faux leather. I'm even planning on cutting/patching it and it's quality enough to do it. The zippers and buttons are of good quality and the zips run smoothly. Nothing about it looks cheap. Enough praise, I have a few complaints; In the photos to the side you can see a clear gap in front of the hand hole. This isn't the case when I take off the super soft bra I'm wearing in the photo to show that the thing fits even with large boobs. You have to be a ballerina to get rid of this phenomenon. The other slut isn't even such a slut that I wouldn't, the straps are like on the front of the vest and not on the shoulders. Finally, if you don't plan on zipping, just buy a small vest, that vest looks silly with a zip on unless you're riding in the backseat of a Harley. I literally walked in the door 10 minutes ago, opened this package and sat down to write this review, I was so impressed with this product. I'm still wearing it and haven't even taken the tag off! Also, no smell!
