I've been looking for comfortable in-ears for a long time. I have tragus piercings in both ears and the ear tips don't usually stay in place with standard piercings. They work great, I can move or adjust the earring and the earbuds no longer fall out. The tips provide an excellent seal in my ear, making them act like passive noise-cancelling headphones (which is great in my office) and improve the sound. Pros: 1. The tips make a great closure in the ears, even around the tragus earrings (I use Monroe studs and haven't tried them with rings, but I think they will work too) 2. the earbuds move no more and no longer fall out of the ears3. the sound in the headphones is amplified4. passive noise cancellation5. the same color as the earbuds that came with my 10mm High-Resolution Thinksound ts01 Passive Noise Isolating Wooden Headphones (Silver/Cherry). 1. The tips are longer than the standard tips and it took about a week to get used to.
