The only other hair removal cream I've ever used was Nair or another very well known brand I think and to be honest this brand is so much better ! Firstly, it hasn't added any perfume or fragrance, so it has no irritating or unpleasant odor other than a slight chemical smell of hair-dissolving elements. I can't stand it when companies add synthetic perfumes as if that somehow makes the product better. Black. Secondly it removed almost all hair leaving smooth skin whereas a top branded product would only remove maybe 50-70% of hair and leave stains so I still had shaving/waxing issues and additional usage issues. The cream was just a waste of time. So for me this brand definitely won in terms of efficiency! The ingredients are very simple, just like a depilatory cream. You will still be pretty rough because this is a depilatory cream and the whole reason it works is because it uses certain strong chemicals. But as far as adding junk goes, the company has kept it to a minimum, which I appreciate. There was a very slight sting, but there was no redness or irritation afterwards as long as you follow the directions and don't overexpose the skin after depilation. My only complaint is that the company didn't include a spatula, which is almost essential. depilatory cream. I had to use one of my old creams which was fine but if you don't have it you will have to find a replacement which can be a problem.
