Straps are held in place by buttons that insert into holes in thin rubber flanges. Note that I say rubber, not silicone, because that material tears like rubber. Silicone (what it's supposedly made of and probably the one that suits your skin) doesn't crack that much. Unfortunately this is not a replaceable part as it is connected to the frame of the mask itself. I'm trying to figure out a way to fix it, which is far from ideal.
