I love hiking and a lot of my hikes are off-road and typically take an hour or two. I always carry water or some kind of liquid electrolyte for hydration, and I prefer to wear a water belt rather than a hand-held hydration. I've tried several water belts over the years, most of which have adjustable waists. a belt and buckle that never seemed to settle where I wanted them. This AiRun Tech Velcro/Adjustment Harness is very secure and will not fall out of adjustment. The belt itself is quite light but at the same time quite durable. The two zipped pockets are very practical. The elastic tether is also durable and keeps water bottles secure. The belt itself is adjustable for almost every common waist size. My size is 36 and fits great. I would probably have a 40 inch waist and this belt would still fit. I recommend this AiRun Tech running belt.
