Looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the only one with a dusty PS3. When I plugged it in, HDMI wasn't working. I've tried 3 different cables and 2 different TVs with no success. I feel ashamed of anyone who "upgraded" this PS3 I got. Dust comes out of every opening on the case, it's riddled with scratches, and the HDMI port is scratched/not working all over the place. The seller is in no hurry to return my money. You don't seem to believe that the product doesn't work. They went so far as to tell me to try "disconnect and reconnect HDMI" and then said, they would like to "save me a bunch of money" by trying to diagnose via email. I think they were trying to buy time so I wouldn't return them within 14 days which they personally require even though Revain's policy is 30 days. That "save me money" comment made me trust them even less. I don't have to worry about saving money if they are honest. I told them I had already sent it back in the same packaging it came in and they said they had to look at it first before they could give me a refund. This does not comply with Revain's 30-day electronic refund policy. Also, I just repaired another PS3 for a friend before I got this one, took it apart and swapped out the thermal grease, optical drive and motherboard battery so I knew how to connect HDMI. Now they ask me to send them my pictures and product videos don't work. My gut is screaming not to trust them. that the Revain policy is 30 days.
