Looking for a knee brace? The number of knee pads to choose from at Revain will be like a school of guppy. Brands seem endless, all showing and advertising their properties. They all claim to work miracles. It took me 5 tries to find the best of them all. Of all the ones I tried, none offered enough compression and support. I have arthritis in my knee that prevents me from doing many of my daily activities such as walking. B. running on a treadmill. As I laid Spartos on my knees (yes, you get a pair), I felt a noticeable difference from everyone else. The compression of this sleeve on the knee cap was exactly what I was looking for. I walked on the treadmill at 3.5 miles per hour for an hour and covered a distance of 3.6 miles. I'm a big guy weighing 300 pounds. So much weight puts a lot of strain on the knee.
