Not perfect, but not terrible either.
Generally not bad. The material is pretty cheap but with a few layers underneath my 8 month old was nice and hot. The hood is actually the worst hood I've ever seen on a garment. It's shallow and not deep enough for any head, let alone a child's head. If you want perfection, don't buy a cheap coat, but it will do the job. Pair it with mittens and boots and it's perfect for a snowy day.
