When received the cables look nice and small and flexible. I connected the plug to the socket to check the mating force. A little tight but seems ok. When I tried to separate them, the outer casing of the female end slipped off exposing the wiring and potting inside the connector. Then I plugged the other end of the cord into an outlet. Same problem. the housing of the socket has slipped from the plug. These cables may still work (I haven't connected them yet). But I can see right away that the build quality is very poor. I would not recommend these cables, they fall apart on first use. UPDATE: CableCreation was kind enough to contact me and send me a replacement pair. I was grateful they sent me a replacement but one of the two sent had the same issue. I raised 1 star because I appreciate CableCreation's efforts, but the product is still problematic (at least 1 out of 2 replacements).
