Finally, more and more squirrels are emptying/damaging birdhouses and lately even eating fat! We lightly attached it around the tree where we're going to hang the lard and it works pretty well. just not sure how long they can chew it. We will try wrapping it around pipes and trees where squirrels and raccoons have access to bird seed. So far it works as well as everything we've tried, and it's a lot cheaper than most screens and other "fixes".
