Light and cooling!

I like this duvet when I'm relaxing in a big comfortable armchair or working at my desk. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I get very hot even with the air conditioning on full blast so this duvet has helped keep me cool while relaxing in my room. This cooling blanket is soft and light and covers my whole body. I think I'll try it for sleeping as my hormones make me sweat all night. I will update my review and let you know if there are any changes while I sleep.
