I ordered this monitor at the end of March 2021 and today 10/18/2021 one of the two is completely broken and I don't need it. Also note that I have been at my other house for 3 months and have not used them at all during that time. Your website is full of secrets and I can't tell you exactly how to apply for a guarantee. I hope they have good customer service as I have never had anything at this discount so quickly.
