I've been monitoring this unit for a few weeks and finally bought it just over a week ago... and I'm so happy I did! As a busy mom who works full-time outside the home, I don't have much free time, let alone time for myself. I was really looking for something that could help me relax and relieve some of the aches and pains I'm having experience Most of the working day I sit at the table and of course I have tension in this uncomfortable place between the shoulder blades. I have tried other massagers but they are still too difficult to reach. The extension cord that came with this device completely solved this problem. Also, I like that it has preloaded settings that can help me determine certain ways of using the device based on purpose. Relaxation, rest, pain relief and energy boost. The screen shows me exactly where to place the device on my body and then automatically guides me through the session with cues. I use it every night before bed, alternating between relaxing and calming properties. I love them both and it really helped me relax and sleep better at night. I also like the look of it very much. I was able to order a color to match my bedroom and thanks to the design of the bedside table that houses the device I was able to mount it right on the bedside table. It looks like a very nice device, not this massive massager sitting around doing nothing. It also helps me remember to use them instead of keeping them and forgetting I have them. It's a small detail, but I appreciate the fact that they took such details into account. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and can only recommend it.
