Size table says XXL, I have both XXL and XL. xxl was too loose on my lower leg. The stitches caused slight irritation on the back of my leg, which some may find annoying. I am sending it back because after 3 days of use the outside seams have come loose and some of the elastics have snapped. I will order directly from Hope's for a better product. As for the compression, everything was perfect. I could walk long distances without discomfort. It is recommended to wash every other day or two as the silicone lost its stickiness after day 2, but wiping with a damp cloth brought it back to its original level.
