12 volts, no more, no less

It's cheap, but it must have exactly 12 volts, otherwise it won't work. If you can get 12 volts from the PDB then buy this camera, but most cameras will accept anything from 5 to 18+ volts so maybe look at other cameras. Not a bad camera for the price. Just make sure you can apply 12V to it.
