I like that they're very flexible with customization as well as pricing plans. They've made it easy to understand what features you need vs not so much by showing examples of other companies using those products/services in your industry (eCommerce). It's nice if there was more support after hours but nothing too major about this service. If looking at an agency or partner services - keep checking back because prices can change quickly! The benefits from working through them have been great compared to any competitor out here doing similar projects. Adding product filters into our website search tool has increased conversions since most users look first before buying anything else online.
