Cannot replace the ear pads
I have had this headset for 7 months now. The ear pads (ear pads) have a small cutout. I'm in the gym every day and I think I've worn them out. I contacted Plantronics to purchase replacement pads. They don't make replacement pads - they replace the entire device. Otherwise these headphones are excellent. The battery life is amazing. They are easy to pair. They fit well. They are easy to wash after training. But if you're expecting your customers to buy a brand new headset when the cushions are worn out, that's crazy.
