Review on Neeyer Automatic Food Sealer: Vacuum Sealer Machine for Food Savers with Starter Kit – Dry Moist Food Modes, Easy to Clean, Led Indicator Lights, Black by Paty Fernandez

At first I wasn't sure if it would work properly because of the low price. After a special lightning deal I figured why not. I have an old Rival vacuum sealer that I've been using for over 15 years that didn't seal that well when it was new. As you can see in some of my photos the difference in size and footprint is between what I had and this new Neeyer vacuum sealer. This new unit is much smaller and takes up much less space. I've only used it a few times as I don't really vacuum much, but this new sealer works better than my old rival. It sucks well and seals all packages well. I have not used the pouches that came with the unit as I have many food storage pouches that I have collected from sales over the years. They appear to be of decent quality but the food bags are thicker. I'm not sure how it will last for years but if I could work with you at all for a few years I would say it was worth it. There are more and more brands of vacuum sealers available on the web now and I will not hesitate to buy this one. Also on board there is no compartment for storing bags. This isn't a huge selling point for me, however, as I would prefer a smaller unit like this that's easier to store in a closet than a much larger one like the one I've had before.
