I am 5ft 4in and weigh 135lbs. The shoulder seam is about an inch from my humerus. I don't lift weights but am somewhat athletic in build. by no means am I "yoked". The sleeves are a bit long and I would have to roll it up to look neat. Otherwise there would be enough excess to crumple on your wrists. The material is similar to Dicky, but Dicky fits a little better (really). Even if it were a fitted shirt (which wasn't listed), it would be too tight in the shoulders and chest.
