Buy now and don't look back!

I was hesitant to spend that much on a booster booster pack but we have 2 driving factors: 1- it should be enough for 4 children so quality, safety and a safe long shelf life are all important to us. The Peg Perego brand is amazing; we have an infant carrier and it still looks new after almost 7 years which is impressive, even our obstetrician (we just had baby #4) saw it and asked if it was new!). We also have a Peg Perego in a convertible and it wears surprisingly well too. 2-Easy cleaning, again after 4 kids. We chose leather and I will no doubt continue to do so. Back with baby #1 we decided to get an 'extra' convertible (Graco) for our second car and just 4 years later it's looking like hell. And it expires next year, which puts us in a difficult position to buy another convertible just before our qualifying kid is ready for this refresher. If we had just bitten the bullet and stayed with Peg Perego we wouldn't have this problem and we'd be perfectly fine with no money lost! Looking back, we can say it's 20/20. For this booster we have opted for a non-removable high back for added security as our currently qualifying child is on the younger and smaller end of the growth spectrum. We'll end up buying a backless booster seat when our eldest is older and we're shuffling the kids through all the car seats and booster seats. This highback booster looks and feels great (according to our son) and he is always so excited to drive the car because it looks like a "big boy" to him and he buckles up easily on the way back can. It is also very easy to transport and can be quickly removed if more cargo space is needed. The only downside I would say is that it comes with LATCH locks which I really loved but after installing it we found that our car model (VW Atlas) doesn't recommend using it for boosters. So LATCH locks are useless to us, but it really doesn't matter and wouldn't change our decision in the slightest. So stick with Peg Perego. You will not be disappointed!
