Review on 🔦 HELLA 009094181 Rallye 4000 Series: Compact Black Halogen Driving Lamp for Powerful 12V/55W Lighting (with Cover) by Simo Ramsey

If you are looking for a bright, small and very directional light, then this is the one for you! I mounted them on the sides of the windshield on a 2002 TJ in addition to the two large Euro 4000s in front of the grille. I used them off-road in the Nevada desert to throw light further ahead of me so I could see potential hazards before I was almost over them. I have no regrets about how much light they put out and it's just the right size for a windshield mount. Since then I've used them in both heavy rain and snow, again with no complaints. I read some reviews that said they would be easy to steal due to the way the 'easy adjustment' buttons are used. I'm not worried about that because it comes with an Allen key that you can use to tighten them, so someone can't just come and take them off, at least not without the right Allen key. The quality of these lights becomes apparent when you open the box. The body is made entirely of metal and the lens is made of glass. The only thing that's plastic is the lid, and even that's pretty strong. One of them received a direct rockfall on the highway. Whilst they are a significant investment for the extra lighting I would buy them again. I might do a HID conversion later in the future, but for now they are bright enough for my use.
