I LOVE this toner but they sent me a very OLD and most likely expired product. I recently bought a travel size Ulta's Tula Face Wash to see if I liked it. In the end I loved it. I decided to order the cleaner here because it had to come from a store in Tula, so I figured the product was legal. I was wrong. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that the bottle looks completely different from the one I bought from Ulta. In the bill that came, the name of the company was different from Tula. After checking reviews and data, some of them are way back in 2016 and in old packaging. We all know that when a product launches in 2016, it's safe to say that it's old and expired. i will send it back
