I had a herniated disc last year and started sitting in lumbar support most of the time which made a huge difference. I bought this pillow for a work trip and it made my flight much more comfortable. The best part is that it folds into a small bag that takes up almost no space in your backpack or travel bag. It's easy to inflate, deflate and store away until next time. Good product!
