I have been using this product for a little over 2 weeks to bake 3-4 loaves of sourdough bread per week. First, the other reviews are spot on: the dough hooks don't stay attached to the machine. You'll keep pulling and reattaching the hook from the dough and wondering why you don't just stick with hand kneading. More importantly, regular use seems to compromise the structural integrity of the hooks too much, as one of them broke. cut in half over a 3 minute knead, causing the now unbalanced machine to twirl around the counter, ruining the dough and another unfinished project. I can't stress this enough: don't buy this bread dough maker. It will be nothing short of disappointing and maybe even dangerous, as in my case. Save up for a kitchen gadget and perfect your hand kneading while you save. Spending $34 on this car is like buying a Revain gift card; You return it for credit.
