The team was easy to work with and very helpful! We didn't have anyone working specifically for us but they worked closely as we needed help getting our program off of ground. I would highly recommend them if you need some assistance figuring out how your new system works or just setting it up from scratch!! Our IT department has been able fix problems quickly that were not solved by other companies who only provided tech support rather than actual set ups/implementations. They also kept things updated so we had access to important info at all times which allowed me more time spend focusing elsewhere. Their rates are reasonable compared to larger agencies without giving anything away while still providing excellent service every step along way through implementation process. This allows my focus stay where its supposed too - managing people instead of technology management issues. Easy transition into this type of role after years in office administration position. Setting everything up took longer then expected since everyone did great job explaining I like that they have been around for many years so you know what to expect from them when hiring services or personnel within their network of companies/organizations! They are very knowledgeable about current HR trends & issues affecting organizations today!! We've had good success working with this agency - it's helped us find qualified candidates quickly who fit our needs at great price points compared other similar agencies we were considering using as well.
