I often buy furniture from Revain because I have 4 cats and 2 large breed dogs. Almost everyone in this house gets hit sooner (first few hours) or later (within 48 hours). So I bought this item 2* set of 2 2 weeks away from Revain store both in very good condition. The first set arrived with the wrong leg. So out of the 4 parts of the legs, one was meant for something else. It was the same height as the others, but the bolts didn't fit, the hole for the side piece of wood didn't fit. One was already built and I didn't want to take it apart to return it. So Revane gave me back the money for a chair. It was also in a miserable condition in terms of cleanliness, although it was described as "very good" in the catalogue. Came with someone else's dog hair or almost like hair from intimate places... and bolts and screws are all stuffed in a little bag. The second set was missing screws. But that wasn't a problem for me as I had leftovers from the first order. But the bolts, screws, washers, everything was lost in the box, so they bounced around in the box and damaged part of the legs. they are all the same and if you have all the required bolts and screws. That should actually be the job of the warehouse clerk, but they obviously have a problem with it, since our Linon bar stool arrived without screws and I had to get them from the manufacturer. But Christopher Knight doesn't help Revain customers with replacements, so it's probably best if you check and count them before you start building. I like the chair very much. It's very comfortable and the upholstery parts are very soft, although the legs feel a bit cheap. In general I like them.
