Received my order on May 7th as expected. I noticed some errors when checking my order. Firstly the red bag has a broken zipper that won't close, the other 4 work fine. Second, two carabiners don't work properly, they won't open, although the other three work fine. I have worked with two that were closed and now they are reopening but reluctantly. Everything was fine the last time I ordered these earphone cases so I am guessing that the zipper was a one-off defect, the snap hooks could be a manufacturing issue as there have been several with the same issue. I emailed the seller twice, once in response to his email asking if everything was ok and contacted the seller again through Amazon. I gave this seller 3 stars overall based on unanswered emails about defective items. If I had heard from the seller to start I wouldn't be writing this review.
