Very well made and at a great price. The "blade" is sharp enough to scrape well, but not so sharp that it does any damage. Even after brushing your teeth and tongue, subsequent use will amaze you at how it scrapes off the rest of the stuff. My tongue looks and feels cleaner than ever, even though I thought it was already clean. It's definitely worth taking advantage of. I don't use it every day but 3 times a week. This is of great importance.
