I like that it is very easy to use, has an intuitive interface with excellent customer service support available 24/7 via phone or email for assistance when needed! The ability of this software to manage both employees as well as their benefits information makes payroll management seamless!! It would be nice if there were more customization options within each section especially in terms of adding new fields but overall its pretty good considering how simple yet powerful it really can get once you know what your doing.
