I like that it's easy to use for our small office. It's very customizable and allows us to keep all of our employees information in one place. There are some downsides as well. The help function does not always give you the correct answer. Sometimes they will send you to another page or show an entirely different question than what you were searching for. I wish there was more control over when/where the system saves changes. It has helped us organize our records and get them out into the hands of our managers so they can make decisions about who's going to go where. The ability to do everything from one screen makes my job easier! I love that you can have multiple tabs open at once as well as filters so it's easy to find what we need. There are some areas where the layout could be improved (i.e., more font sizes). Try using different browsers or make sure your computer has all updates installed for compatibility issues with older software versions. We use Civial throughout our agency and we are never without access to any information related to employee files.
