98% of Gown Town dresses are excellent quality and they all fit perfectly. This dress fell in the 2% range. I have ordered other dresses. I have about 10 dresses from Gown Town in my closet. And this was unique in that it came up smaller than the measurements in her personal description. Also, the fabric was much thinner than usual and the pattern wasn't like that. Sorry. I really wanted to wear this dress! Generally speaking , Gown Town dresses Consistently high quality and true to size This loose fitting dress was an exception (it was a short sleeve blue plaid dress with a white Peter Pan collar)
