The most useful feature of this program is that it has all our different types of customers listed with their information so we know exactly who they are even if one gets lost somewhere along the way! I dislike having to use multiple programs at once when trying to get something done or keep up-to date with what's happening throughout my entire staff. Being able to see everything at once makes getting things accomplished much easier than using just 1 program (which would be great but not as easy). It helps me stay organized by keeping track of everyone individually while also being aware of any changes occurring within an employee profile/profile page etc.
