Obsessed. I use it every day as my first toner to remove my makeup. It shouldn't be used alone as a cleanser, so if the reviews say it leaves a film, that's true, but it's not meant to be used in that way. Make-up remover oil says on the bottle. After using it I use my regular cleanser to remove oil/dirt/makeup residue on my face. I love this stuff and am so happy Amazon is selling it! It smells nice like almond extract, but not strong at all.
