Simply cut off the unnecessary excess length from the belt so that the belt really fits everyone. Easy on and off with a simple and intuitive belt buckle clip. It can be a bit tricky to get the right tension as the clip has to be pulled and then closed, but it still holds your pants. What more can you ask for in a belt.
