This is my second order of these headphones as the sound quality and comfort was great. Unfortunately, they don't last long before you start causing problems. The first set lasted about a month before I could even hear the sound of an earbud. I placed a second order, thinking it was just a defect in the first set, but I've only had my second set for a little over a week (received 1/11/19) and the same thing happened. . I hear sounds in my left ear but not my right. I am very disappointed as I really like these headphones.
