Review on Versatile Combo Caster Swivel Wheels: Ideal Material Handling Solution with Durable Screws by Kirt Phillips

I still give it 3 stars because if it works it's ok. However, I am very disappointed with the durability of the brakes. When using it, it's best to use it indoors or some other place where it won't get wet at all. The metal of the brake part that presses against the wheel corrodes and breaks quickly when it gets wet. I had 4 bikes bolted to a pallet that I mainly use outside (2 with brakes, 2 without). In a month of use (and I only locked/unlocked it 3-4 times when moving the pallet to another location) one of the brakes broke off a piece rendering it unusable (the pallet is on a hill and I must be able to block at least 2 wheels) . Too bad I was going to get more but now I'll be looking for another brand that's more weatherproof.
