Frame "Glass " is not translucent matte...

The screen on the large frame is matte over white so it is not transparent and you cannot see through it at all, sending too close to the wedding and get a new one. I was sad...Needs to be fixed after the feature so they can see the picture and signed hearts. I am so disappointed.
