The product is amazing but the pump doesn't work - AGAIN
I love this product and have been using it for years. Removes waterproof eye makeup without irritating my sensitive eyes. However, this is at least the third time I've bought it and found that the pump didn't work. This time I actually requested a refund because of this. Guess what? The new one arrived with the same problem; the pump doesn't work. So, I guess the manufacturer either didn't get the message or didn't care that these pumps stink. For the price of this product, almost 5x what I've paid for other makeup removers, the pump should work! 3 stars instead of 5 for that.
