Worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon

Worst waste of money I've ever had. The battery only lasted a week, now I can't unplug the charger because it immediately turns off. The second week I can't connect to the internet. The laptop's wireless device doesn't work even after I restarted Windows but nothing happened. The case came broken, with many scratches and one part missing.
