So fiddled around, bought these for my 7 year old school gym class and he recently brought them home and they already have holes in the fabric. I think there were flaws! We received it on July 29, 2022, but it didn't start wearing until mid-August. In mid-October, these large holes in the upper side of the fabric were noticed. For $50 they should last 2+ months, especially if you only use them for a 1 hour gym class once a week!
