Not sure about durability yet, but so far when I first used it it got rid of the smoke smell from the sofa set in Smokey's was house. for decades. It was a leather sofa in perfect condition that had just broken. But this material almost completely, if not completely, removed the smoke. Leather is sealed leather so I'm not sure if the product is suitable for all skin types. Dried streaks remained on drying. So I used a damp cloth to wipe the sofa after it was dry and then dried the sofa after wiping it. Otherwise there are no stains. No discoloration. Very pleasant smell. Slightly masculine grapefruit scent. Not too fruity and not too Kolsch. But a refreshing scent. And not overwhelming where it gives you a headache (from someone sensitive to smells). I would recommend! And I've only used a quarter to a half bottle to mist every nook and cranny of a standard sized couch.
