Review on Syntax by Ricky Habbani

I like that it's easy to use with no learning curve needed - we've been using this software since our first year in business so everyone is familiar! We are able get reports out quickly when they need them most which has helped us improve customer service timeframes drastically!! There isn't much dislike about anything at this point as everything works great but there could be more customizations available if you know how to make those changes yourself or have someone who can do these things better than me/us :) The team here was amazing from day one through now too- very helpful even though not always being present physically due their jobs haha :).
