Nice fabric in my review.
The workmanship was not very good, there were a lot of threads sticking out at the waist. The materials used were good and the hem was perfect.
- Looks good. Lasts longer than elasticated waist skirts.
- More like a women's skirt. Had to wrap it twice around my daughter who is a size 10.
