That they are so knowledgeable about product that it gives you peace of mind knowing this is someone who will be here once your project begins through until end with great suggestions for how best we can make our job easier or more efficient. The only challenge I've had was finding products online which seemed better than their selections at retail locations - but if there's an alternative available then go ahead! They have been incredibly helpful over multiple occasions including when dealing w/o sales tax issues where many other vendors couldnt help out due to location (only shipping within state). The customer service is amazing! The employees are very helpful and friendly. The company is very organized and has a great system. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to make a separate order for the products I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for promotional products. We were able to design and create custom products for our company. The employees were extremely helpful and made sure we were happy with the products we were ordering.
