They are not as good as the more expensive premium copper brands but for the price they are definitely GREAT. They're not super soft or silky, but they're not uncomfortable either. I have a sturdy women's shoe in size 8.5. First I bought a small one and it didn't fit comfortably at all. I returned them and got the large ones and they fit PERFECTLY. In my opinion they run small and would never fit my dad, men's size 10.5, so I'll say they're perfect for women with a size 10 or under. I'm 5ft 4" and they cover my entire knee. So they're long, but I think they're like most long compression socks when it comes to length comparison.
