I worked as an analyst at neobytesolutions for several years, there were many benefits that i enjoyed working here especially being able to work from home. There was also great support form management who helped me learn everything about the program that they designed. it's difficult to pick out one thing which has been negative however, we had difficulty getting our team trained using the system. We have since started another business using this software but still continue to use some aspects. Great customer service, very responsive when problems arise. It really depends what type of project you are currently doing whether its internal or external. The benefit would be if your clients require specific training then their request will be met by either hiring new staff or sending existing staff for training.
